The Story Behind the Dish
This is a classic 'throw together a quick meal' recipe. Once you start cooking East-Asian cuisine, you'll probably have most of the ingredients in the cupboard meaning that you can throw together a ridiculously flavourful meal with minimal effort. It's one of those dishes, where the flavour doesn't remotely match the effort put in. Eat And Be Merri!

Chef’s Notes & Variations
- Try things out: If you like spice, add more chilli crisp or gochugaru. It's your meal!
- Fresh coriander adds a nice variation
- Substitute Chilli Flakes: If you can't find gochugaru, replace with regular chilli flakes
